The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the interior design of the room was elegant and spacious. the bathroom provided great amenities and was kept very clean.
We experienced a lack of attention to detail in certain areas of the hotel, such as cobwebs in the dining area and broken shower doors.

Clean apartment with lovely décor. Great location - close to shopping - dining, and coffee shops. Learned local insights from friendly staff. Appreciated the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the apartment. Dylan at the front desk made check-in easy and kept us updated.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was remarkable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. It also had convenient free on-street parking. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation as it was located near the tram line. Also, it was situated just opposite a school. In addition, we enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel and appreciated the excellent service provided by the friendly staff.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The styling of the apartment was great, fresh and modern, with quiet neighbors and good amenities. The location was also convenient, with a close proximity to the CBD and the beach. the staff was super friendly and helpful.
The noise level was a major issue. Despite requesting a quiet room away from main roads and traffic, we were given a room that overlooked a busy street and tram line.
